Advanced Manufacturing for Inflatable Paddle Boards and Inflatable Boats
We use PVC to make the cut drop-stitch fabric into a sealed inner chamber.
We check if the bonded air chamber is aligned properly and not twisted.
Inspectors check if the sealed chamber is perfectly closed, record any defects, and then send it for rework.
We apply a second layer of protective tape to the finished sealed chamber.
We install the small parts and anti-slip pads onto the semi-finished product.
Throughout the entire production process, we conduct various inspections, including raw material checks, airtightness tests using soapy water, a 48-hour static pressure test, smoothness checks on the side rails, and adhesion checks for small parts.
We wipe the product clean and then package it.
Inspect all accessories before they are packed.
Boxed and shipped, now just waiting for delivery.
